Shipping & Returns
How things get to you, and what happens if something's wrong.

We are not shipping yet. The site is pre-order only while we finish manufacturing and payment setup. Reserve a product and we will email you before anything ships, with the final shipping terms confirmed.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. International shipping is not available yet.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Once your order ships you will get a confirmation email with tracking. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left us.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Wrong, damaged, or missing
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, email hello@afterglow.science within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
Returns
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can send return instructions — packages sent back without contacting us cannot be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear.
